Travel

The Airport

The Cleveland Airport is approximately 25-35 minutes away by car from most of the wedding locations, including the hotels in Pinecrest. As one might expect, it's easy to book an Uber/Lyft/taxi to and from the airport.

The Venue

The easiest way to get to and from the venue is by car. There is plenty of parking available.

To the venue. From most places in the Cleveland area, it is relatively easy to get an Uber/Lyft/taxi to the venue. We encourage guests to coordinate and share if able. For those staying in the hotels, we are looking into an Uber voucher to help reduce the costs. Check back for more information on that.

From the venue. Since the venue is in a somewhat rural area, it can take a while to find an Uber/Lyft/taxi, but you can book in advance with no problem. To help with this, there will be a shuttle making trips from the venue back to the hotels at Pinecrest. It will make three trips, leaving at approximately 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 pm. In total, those shuttle trips can accomodate most of the guests we anticipate not having a car, but that may be strained if there is insufficent spread of when people want to leave. If you know that you will want to stay the full time, and also can share with friends, it may be a good idea to just book a ride in advance.

In any case, please plan on leaving the venue by 11pm to be respectful of the venue staff's time.

Dress

The best descriptor of the dress code for our wedding is dressy casual, but honestly we don't really care all that much. Wear something that you feel comfortable, confident, and happy in! Guests (regardless of ethnicity) are also welcome to wear Indian style wedding clothing.

The bridesmaids will be wearing solid-color mauve dresses during the American ceremony, if that information is helpful to you.
